"This is a case where a responsible owner intended to do the right thing for his horse, and when defrauded, turned to the individual guardians of our racetracks. Must we all file litigation in Court, or should we be able to turn to officials for help" - As explained by Maggi Moss

? If a horse in four races has been beaten over a hundred lengths, shouldn't this be a concern of racing officials and worthy of being placed on a Stewards or Vets list? Wouldn't the safety of other horses or harm to jockeys be a concern? Most importantly, what about the welfare of the horse involved?

I know these people very well I have seen the horse he is very sound and passed all vet checks with fling colors known to man these are very nice people who love their horses and the assholes of the racing community take advantage of the one that should be in jail is the expense that falsified the copy of the bill of sale if you don't know someone you should not judge them that's the problem with this business people like you that have to be in everyone else's business and don't have a life maybe you should spend more time with your horses and take care of them and stay out of others life

This man should have his stalls pulled from any track he is racing at and have his license suspended. He is a disgrace to the racing industry and the officials who are standing by and doing nothing about this also need to be called out for inhumane treatment

This man is a bad for the sport! Anyone who would WILLINGLY race a horse that is injured should not be racing or owning horses AT ALL!! He is a disgrace and should be banned from ANY of his horses ANYWHERE! What he is doing is ANIMAL CRUELTY and can be punished in a CRIMINAL court in some states. And when is the racing world going to step up and start caring about the horses and less about their paychecks? Horse racing needs a centralized commission with a strict set of rules that everyone needs to follow.
