I last kissed her when no one knew if she would ever race again, and she was full of herself :) happy spunky and fearless.Her Trainers aka Chad Brown and company have kept he so happy and sound and her owner aka Frank has let them do it. It is because of all 3 factors, A great Horse, A great Owner, A great Trainer that she has flourished. She has made not 1 but 2 comebacks, she has posted a neyer speed most would be jealous of, she has almost broken a record time, she is undefeated, she has run on both surfaces and has prooved she can ship. She has a pedigree on BOTH sides people are jealous of, and she has beauty <3. But most of all Brian she has stamina, she has stick to it-ness, she has prooven that she CAN and will come back , again and again, she has courage to withstand pain and recover, she does not give up. Herman'sKennel · Feather has a chance to Bookend the Breeders Cup...I want to live to see it , I have loved her for so long, I still remember rewinding that stallion stakes race over and over and over, telling my husband how wonderful she was and just about on her fouth win I said to him if she ships to the BC I am picking her... To Have loved a horse for so long and been able to meet her and kiss her and know heris the best gift, I have met Zenny and it was life changing, but Awesome is different, she is just such a determined girl, to comeback after 2, count them, 2 injuries, wow, what does that tell you? szulcc · This whole plan has a lot of things that scream 'red flag'...one, these horses have already been acquired by Stronarch/Adena and now are being passed on to these partnerships. Personally it seems that Stronarch/Adena is dumping their unwanted purchases on the unsuspecting public. Second, there is absolutely no chance at a person making any type of return on this - management fees, the biggest markup I've ever seen, and $150/day in training is outrageous. Yes, it's $10 which may be fun to have the smallest share of horses, but I wouldn't dare think about putting a $1,000 or even $100 into this. Also note that they are valuing these horses to an average of more than $2 million per horse, when the prospectus even says some have been purchased as low as $4,000. Buyer beware. · 501 days ago ·
