I think if she wins the Beldame she gets 3YO Filly Honors, because Untapable has been great against other 3YOs but Stopcharingmaria would have a win against older.

  • Northport · If 2013 is any indicator, the result in the Distaff is everything for the 3 year old filly division. As jockey2be stated, whoever has the higher finish in the Distaff will get the honours (assuming that Maria wins the Beldame). · 1 hour ago
  • Ruffianlover · Disagree. Untapable has beaten better quality in her wins. The Beldame is coming up weak and a win there isn't saying much. If sweet reason wins the sprint- it will make untapables cotillion win all that much more favorable for the voters. Also she took on the boys and beat social Inclusion and medal count who hit the board in the preakness and Belmont. Did Maria try the boys? No · 1 hour ago
I currently own Comox Bluff out of Pine bluff and Lil orphan Julie. Would be interested in breeding. Need info.

The Classic horses are disappearing fast.
Hotwalked this one a bit over the Summer and he finally broke his maiden! Was always a bit cheeky but very sweet, always tried hard every time out - so thrilled that he finally won!
From DRF on Mike Repole's claim yesterday of 9 yr. old Be Bullish: Repole claimed Be Bullish cause he always liked him -- once claimed him for $75K. Will evaluate his condition before deciding to race/retire. Good to know his new connections will do right by him.

Jose Sea View is my just in case I'm right pick. Ami's Holiday would be no surprise. Torturous Coltimus Prime after that.

With the retirement of WTC after PM and Game on Dude- who do you think will be in the starting gate for the Classic? Ready set GO!
  • Mary Z. · Shared Belief, Moreno, Bayern, California Chrome, V.E.Day, Imperative,Wicked Strong, Toast Of New York. Longer shots Soi Phet, Majestic Harbor. · 6 hours ago
YOOO!!! With the classic division dropping, do you think it's a good time for Wise Dan to think dirt again.
  • Mary Z. · No. I could see why they made the switch after the 2012 Foster. · 7 hours ago
  • Goblin · No from me as well. He needs to maintain as is; to make changes now would add to the stressors already encountered this year. (Think Hans Selye checklist.) ;) · 7 hours ago
HRTV just announced that Moonshine Mullin will not run for the rest of the year and will not be seen until Oaklawn next year
@Sullivan when will our Mylute be returning?
Losing both her and Game On Dude in the same week is just a heart wrencher. My heart is so saddened at the thought of never watching either of those two race again. Before the blabbing of "at least they retired sound" yes I am happy about that- but people let me wallow in my sorrows of the end of two of my favorite horses careers! Loved both, and when at the top of their game- they both were so special and amazing to watch. I will miss both of them for sure.
