Unbridled Belle romps

20 June 09: Unbridled Belle and jockey Richard Migliore romp home with a win in the Obeah Stakes at Delaware Park in New Stanton, Delaware
Team Valor International's UNBRIDLED BELLE (Broken Vow) hadn't visited the winner's circle since delivering a 5 3/4-length trouncing in the 2008 Obeah H. (G3), and her last two efforts -- unplaced runs in the Louisville Distaff (G2) and Spinster S. (G1) -- weren't pretty. Returning to familiar ground in Saturday's $125,700 Obeah, the six-year-old mare rediscovered her past form with a sparkling 11-length romp over the sloppy, sealed track at Delaware Park.
