U R All That I Am will try to become the second repeat winner of the $75,000-added Cat’s Cradle Handicap Sunday at Hollywood Park.

An ungraded race for California bred fillies and mares, the Cat’s Cradle is run at 7 ½ furlongs over Cushion Track. Besides the defending champ, five others are scheduled to start. Post time Sunday is 12:30 p.m. The Cat’s Cradle is the second of nine races.

Owned by breeder Tommy Town Thoroughbreds and trained by Jerry Hollendorfer, U R All That I Am is 2-for-2 over Cushion Track. She won the 2009 Cat’s Cradle by 2 ½ lengths, then captured the B. Thoughtful – also at 7 ½ furlongs – on California Gold Rush Day April 24.

A 4-year-old daughter of Valid Wager and the Fort Calgary mare Fort Silver, U R All That I Am has won nine of 20 and earned $370,219. The only double winner of the Cat’s Cradle is Supercilious. She won the first two runnings for owner-breeder Herman Sarkowky and trainer Richard Mandella in 1997 and 1998.

Camille C, who won the Melair Stakes on Gold Rush Day, is shortening up and returning to state bred company after finishing fifth in the grassy Matriarch, a Grade I, Nov. 26.

Trained by Marcelo Polanco for his brother Carlos Polanco, Camille C has won three of 17 and banked $298,551. She is a 3-year-old Roman Dancer filly out of the Rahy mare Paris Operetta.

Ultra Blend has won six of 16 and earned $317,246 for owner Nels Erickson and trainer Art Sherman. A 4-year-old daughter of Richly Blended and the Desert Classic mare Ankha, Ultra Blend comes off a victory in the California Cup Matron Oct. 30.

Word Association will be looking for her third win in a row for owner-breeders Pam and Marty Wygod and trainer Cliff Sise, Jr.

A 3-year-old Benchmark filly and the Deputy Minister mare Social Savvy, Word Association has won three of 12, earning $90,160.

The field is completed by two more 3-year-olds, Warren’s Got Game and Warren’s Jitterbug. Both are owned by breeder Benjamin Warren and trained by Jorge Gutierrez.

A daughter of Ancient Art and the Elusive Quality mare Go for Quality, Warren’s Got Game has won once in four starts. She’s earned $38,580. The Cat’s Cradle will be her first race since she finished sixth in the Torrey Pines Stakes Sept. 5 at Del Mar.

An Affirmative filly out of the Peaks and Valleys mare Jitterbug Jan, Warren’s Jitterburg has won three of 16 and earned $230,238. She was third in the California Cup Matron in her last start.

From inside out, the field for the 14th Cat’s Cradle Handicap: U R All That I Am, Rafael Bejarano rides, 121 pounds; Camille C, Victor Espinoza, 116; Warren’s Jitterbug, Mike Smith, 117; Warren’s Got Game, Joe Talamo, 113; Word Association, Patrick Valenzuela, 114 and Ultra Blend, Joel Rosario, 122.
