Trickmeister Wires Barbaro Stakes

Trickmeister realized his potential Saturday, going wire-to-wire to win the $100,000 Barbaro Stakes in the mud at Delaware Park.

Trickmeister and jockey Gabriel Saez had to wait out a steward's inquiry before the win became official. Coming down the stretch, Trickmeister drifted to the inside toward Not Aboard (Brian Joseph Hernandez Jr.).
