Travelin Man Easily Captures Swale

The Grade 2 Swale Stakes field was reduced to five following the defection of Black N Beauty and overwhelming favorite Travelin Man made it look easy with a 2-length under John Velazquez win on Sunday.

Todd Pletcher's colts took up the first two positions in the early going with Razmataz posting splits of :23.13 and :46.46, and Travelin Man poked his head in front after six furlongs in 1:10.15. The latter drew off with ease to win under a hand ride in 1:21.94. 

Indiano got the place nod over Little Drama. Early leader Razmataz weakened to 4th and Megalith trailed.
