Today's Derby contender works featured To Honor and Serve, Tapizar, Jaycito and others, with a bunch of Santa Anita runners getting in their final works before Saturday's Robert B. Lewis (G2). 




#2  To Honor And Serve - bullet 5f in 1:00 1/5 at Payson Park.  Fountain of Youth probable.

#5  Tapizar – 4f in :49 at Santa Anita for Saturday’s Robert B. Lewis (G2)

#10 Jaycito – 5f in :59 1/5 at Santa Anita for Saturday’s Lewis

#29 Awesome Patriot – Baffert allow winner bulleted 5f in 1:00 4/5 at Santa Anita.  Southwest (G3) next.

#37 Silver Medallion – Turf stakes winner went 4f in :49 4/5 at Santa Anita.

#53 Anthony’s Cross – Sham show horse went 5f in :59 3/5 at Santa Anita readying for Saturday’s Lewis.

Here's hoping that Baffert can workout the issues in Jaycito's head. If so, that horse could have a bright future!
