Monday’s Santa Anita Park Recap  – Jan 21

Fast main track seemed to play fair. The lone turf route at nine furlongs was taken in last-to-first fashion. Both downhill turf sprints were nabbed by forwardly placed runners from inner posts (rail at 8 feet).

Mike Puype saddled three winners on the card. Trainer Bill Spawr and jockey Agapito Delgadillo teamed up for back-to-back winners in the pick six sequence.

On the ticket front I tabbed two Primary (Big Wags, Cayambe) winners and two Secondary (Zuboff, Judge Carr) winners.
