TVG's Summer Mobile Campaign Underway

TVG, America’s Horseracing Network, has launched “TVG Summer of Mobile,” a promotional campaign designed for customers who wager through TVG Mobile via mobile devices or tablets. To dramatize the campaign, jockey Chantal Sutherland will ride with a TVG Mobile QR code adorned to the seat of her pants through the end of the Del Mar meet.


“TVG Mobile is an important growth area for us and according to research offers a great opportunity to expand the racing business,” said Don Scott, TVG Betfair vice president of marketing. “Recognizing that, we have developed a series of promotions to reward customers who are already making use of the platform and to encourage others to add it to their wagering repertoire. Bringing someone as popular and talented as Chantal on board as part of the campaign can only help spread the word.”


The “TVG Summer of Mobile” campaign kicked off with the “Bet/Get” promotion that awards a $50 bonus to any account holder wagering at least $250 through TVG Mobile. There will be additional mobile promotions throughout the Del Mar summer meet that will give TVG players the opportunity to win cash, wager reward points and a chance to win back losing bets.


In her capacity as the campaign’s ambassador, Sutherland, who has been a TVG endorser since last year, will continue to ride with the TVG logo on a pants leg while adding a special QR code to her backside. When scanned the QR code links players to the TVG Mobile site.
