TVG to Broadcast Live from Belmont, Offer Double Odds Saturday

TVG Double Up on the Jockey Club Gold Cup
TVG, America’s Horseracing Network, will provide a weekend of live, on-site coverage of world class racing at New York’s Belmont Park, featuring Saturday’s $1 million Grade 1 Jockey Club Gold Cup.
 
TVG Double Up on the Jockey Club Gold CupThe Jockey Club Gold Cup Invitational, a 1 ¼ mile challenge for 3-year-olds and up, is shaping up as a showdown between Kentucky Derby winner Orb and Belmont Stakes winner Palace Malice. They will face a very established lineup of older stars of racing including Whitney winner Cross Traffic, Woodward winner Alpha and two-time Jockey Club Gold Cup defending champion Flat Out.
 
In addition to bringing viewers track-side seats to this fantastic weekend of racing, TVG will also offer customers the chance to “Double Your Odds”, for win wagers on the Jockey Club Gold Cup made through TVG and 4 NJ Bets wagering platforms.  Winnings will be doubled if the winner finishes at least two lengths ahead of his competitors*.  For all the details visit TVG.com or 4NJBets.com.

Belmont Stakes Super Saturday program features four additional Grade 1 races with combined purses totaling $3 million.  Along with the Jockey Club Gold Cup Invitational, the $600,000 Flower Bowl Invitational, the $400,000 Beldame, the $600,000 Joe Hirsch Classic and the $400,000 Vosburgh Invitational are all part of Saturday’s card.  Highlights of Sunday’s program include the G2 $200,000 Futurity and the G2 $200,000 Matron.
 
On hand to bring viewers all the action live from Belmont Park Saturday and Sunday will be TVG hosts Tom Cassidy and Simon Bray.  In addition to broadcasting live on TVG, weekend programing coverage will air on Fox Sports affiliates around the country and on MSG in the greater New York area (check local listings).
