Early-pressing types dominated (3 wire jobs) on the fast main track. The turf course seemed to play fair.

Hat trick for Victor Espinoza. Edwin Maldonado booted home a pair. Art Sherman saddled two winners and Espinoza rode both. Simon Callaghan had a training double.

Using the Primary-Secondary ticket strategy on Saturday, I tabbed two Primary winners (Nashoba’s Gold, California Chrome) and four Secondary winners (Rovenna, Patriots Rule, Seeking the Sherif, Kerrilynn).
