Multiple grade I winner Smiling Tiger has been entered in the Fasig-Tipton Kentucky November select mixed sale. Archie St. George’s St. George Sales is consigning the 4-year-old colt to the Nov. 6 auction in Lexington.
An earner of $1,214,353, Smiling Tiger has won seven added-money events, including the Triple Bend Handicap (gr. I) this year and the Bing Crosby (gr. I) and Ancient Title (gr. I) stakes in 2010. The son of Hold That Tiger is owned by Alan Klein and Philip Lebherz and is trained by Jeff Bonde. The colt is being pointed for the Sentient Jet Breeders’ Cup Sprint (gr. I) Nov. 5 at Churchill Downs.
