09 July 25: Trainer Bob Baffert is happy after Tiny Woods wins the two year old maiden 7th race on Eddie Read Stakes Day at Del Mar Thoroughbred Club in Del Mar, California. The Grade III Sham Stakes brings together a mixture of local horses looking to break out of maiden and allowance company in a big way. Only one of the 10 entries has graded stakes experience.

In his most recent race on Feb. 3, The Program, who was fourth in the Grade I CashCall Futurity in December, beat Indian Firewater by a nose in a 1 1/16-mile allowance at the track. Indian Firewater went on to finish second in the Turf Paradise Derby last Saturday.
