Edge to early-pressing types (1 wire job @ 6.5f) on the fast main track. The turf course yielded a wire job (8f), two downhill stalkers, and a patient 10f winner. The turf rail was set at 30 feet.

Rafael Bejarano, Mario Gutierrez, and Edwin Maldonado each booted home a pair.

Using the Primary-Secondary ticket strategy on Friday, I tabbed four Primary winners (Bettys Bambino, Road Ready, Mambo Man, Charbroiled). I got three copies of the late P4 home @ $37.70/each.
