Santa Anita Derby Day Pick 6 Tickets – April 5

Santa Anita Park - Benoit Photo.

Friday’s Santa Anita Park Recap – April 4 (5 out of 6)

Three more sprint wire jobs on the fast main track. The turf course yielded a 9f wire job, a 9f pressing winner, and a downhill stalk and pounce winner. The turf rail was set at 24 feet.

Rafael Bejarano and Gary Stevens both booted home a pair.

Using the Primary-Secondary ticket strategy on Friday, I tabbed four Primary winners (W. Giles, Water Issues, Fit to Rule, My Sweet Addiction) and one Secondary winner (Theatre Star). The winning 5 out of 6 consolation prize returned $195.60 and I tabbed it twice.
