Veteran trainer John Sadler has been engaged by West Point Thoroughbreds for its California operation.
"John
is one of the country's premier trainers," said West Point's Terry
Finley. "He's had horses run very well at the country's finest venues.
He has a vast knowledge of the industry and of the horse. We are very
excited about our new partnership with him."
Sadler is coming off
one of his best years since he began training in 1979. In 2010 he
saddled 115 winners from 540 starts and earned $7,327,753. Sadler
surpassed $69 million in career earnings and has recorded 1,795 lifetime
