Royal Delta Much the Best in Ladies' Classic

Royal Delta rallied down the middle of the Churchill Downs track to post an easy tally in Friday's Breeders' Cup Ladies' Classic.

Plum Pretty went straight to the front and was tracked by Ask The Moon and It's Tricky. The pace was on the moderate side and Royal Delta was content to sit on the outside in 4th place.

It's Tricky made her move first and Royal Delta was finding her best stride as well. The Bill Mott trainee leveled off and powered home to gain the victory.

It's Tricky followed the winner across the line in 2nd and Pachattack finished 3rd. Ultra Blend rounded out the superfecta. Plum Pretty weakened to finish 5th.

but HDG is facing harder competition!!and who know if she's going to win!!!
she is a much better two-turn horse than a one turn horse, imo.
I think this makes Havre de Grace look even better!
