Regally Ready lived up to his top billing with a sharp prominent throughout triumph in the BC Turf Sprint at Churchill Downs on Saturday.

The Steve Asmussen trainee was all over longshot speedster Rapport from the opening bell and took over when that one began to fade shortly after three furlongs.

Regally Ready kicked away in upper stretch and was never seriously challenged in a quality performance.

Country Day stalked and pounced his way to a runner-up finish with late runner Perfect Officer garnering the show.

Regally Ready was ridden by Corey Nakatani and ran give furlongs on good turf in :56.48. He paid $6.60.

What the Nation is saying about Regally Ready Too Fleet in BC Turf Sprint...

I find it very interesting that Regally Ready , Country Day, and Perfect Officer all came out of the Turf Monster race at Philly . Regally also wins on big days like Derby day last May
