Breeders’ Cup Classic (gr. I) winner Raven's Pass
underwent colic surgery April 20. The 5-year-old stallion, who stands
at Sheikh Mohammed’s Kildangan Stud in Ireland, will be rested from
covering duties for the next six weeks.
"Unfortunately, Raven's Pass underwent colic surgery yesterday,”
Jimmy Hyland, Kildangan's stud director said. “The operation went well,
and we are relieved he is showing positive signs of recovery.”
