They better hope Zenyatta doesn't get wind of all this, she could beat up all three of them.
Right, Curlin and Bernardini had a big fight over her, the man-hos that they are.
Rachel is a hussy. She's turning this into a soap opera, "As the Clubhous Turns"
I think RA has a pretty wonderful post-career life...all she is doing is "resting" and being a broodmare...a well-attended to one at that. I am really looking forward to her progeny!
JBR, Where does one even begin with that? 1. Yes, animals would naturally breed and mares aren't pregnant every day of their lives. Geldings would love to have the same second career as breeding mares and stallions. A few prove to be sterile or some broodmares aren't in foal every possible year for various reasons. 2. Tempting. 3. Try to be more specific about the commercialism. 4. Simply, same problems, one year later; could possibly be worse with no foundation at 2, unless you're talking about re-doing the TC and filly TC. 5. That comment needed all-caps and exclamation marks, at least four to be extra dramatic. 6. Let their bones get strong. You may have read something about their knees that frightened you.
  • Junebug719 · Like I said, Humans only have compassion for themselves. Why do we need more horses? To replace the, eh what, 6000 who die on the race track each year? Get real.. · 1647 days ago
I am very disappointed in the owners, The horse already made them a ton of money. Jesus, let her rest!!!
Shoulda gotten that one. *smiles*
I only get lame, corny jokes. *sighs*
cocoa, I meant my name.
They could have given her a little more time, let her body recuperate.
No, she isn't. If there was a horse to be a lady, RA is it, but she still is not a women.
This Mare is, cocoa.
Mare's aren't women. They're mares.
Hope this next foal is as nice as the Curlin colt.
So all champions have to look forward to is being baby machines? Would you women out there want to be pregnant every day of your life then have your child taken from you? Too much commericalism. Don't run them till they are three! Stop killing our horses. Let their bones set..
  • notobsessed · Yes, that's exactly right. She is a baby machine, I don't know if they have birth control pills for horses... · 1648 days ago
