IHA has the best times by all others. He was the faster horse before the Derby and stayed the faster horse after the Derby. A. In 1 1/16m did 1.40.84 B. In 1 1/8m did 1.47.88 C. In 1 1/4m did 2.01.83
He may.. But it was Bodes 2nd start and now he is doing so well and proved he can run for 2 minutes. We will see. Both are good horses!
CC ran him down at a shorter distance so why couldn't he run him down with the extra 1/8 mile?
Thats an extra 12 seconds of running
Creative Cause has beaten Bodemeister at 1 1/16 mile already so why not at 1 3/16?
  • Msbgcowboy · i understand what your saying , but at the same time i think Bodemeister is a much better horse and stronger than when he was beatin by creative cause at a 1 1/16th- Hansen also won the breeders cup juvenile , its a whole different ballgame now · 1171 days ago
Teeth Of The Dog and Went The Day Well are nice longshot plays...feeling that Bodemeister and IHA might bounce after KY Derby run.
Bode's not human, far from it actually. He's a horse, that was born and bred to run.
watched all the preakness replays. speed does not necessarily win the preakness (shackleford layed second last year). the last wire to wire winner was Louis Quatorze in 1996. 100 exacta box IHA and Went the Day Well.
bode is human;; i have followed him in cali for a while now ;; i singled him and he won by many lenghs when then pro's didn't pick him;; i say he has enuf bounce to let IHA win;;
Rought trip for WTDW, he coverd lots of distance to finish 4ht by 2.4 lengths.. J.V pulled the horse and checked twice.. If hes is 4th -6th after the break. He will win.
Went The Day Well will win..
pretension is my sleeper if he gets nice trip its over
Pimlico, always favors the speed, so Bodemeister and I'll Have Another, they'll be 1-2. I like I'll Have Another, to win the second leg of the Triple Crown. Good lucj to all.
Went the Day Well rallied from 17th to run 4th in a day wnen deep closers had no chance. Bodemeister may need more rest after a taxing ride. Went the day will win if the track shows closers winning early.
Went the Day Well ran for me in the Derby, tough trip, another chance. Long shot-Optimizer!
pretension is my sleeper if he gets nice trip its over
Ill have another 1st bodie 2cnd cc third
pretension is my sleeper if he gets nice trip its over
How about $1 trifectas - Bodemeister over all Derby runners over all Derby runners for only $20
DRF has Leparoux up on DNB.
