Post Time: Cigar Mile preview

The $250,000 Hill n’ Dale Cigar Mile Handicap will be run on Saturday at Aqueduct Racetrack in Ozone Park for the 22nd time.  One of my favorite races of the year run traditionally during the holiday weekend, the Cigar Mile is named after Hall of Famer Cigar, who won the race in 1994 when it was known as the NYRA Mile...

nayla1268 Apology accepted. I just ran across this and I'm no relation to Harry or Don! I wasn't too far off on this one. Just picked the wrong horse to upset. :)
running the BCC with an injured foot as hard as he did would take it out of any horse especially coming back after only 3 weeks.
My apologies to Mr Gene Kershner. I guess Musket Man was a tierd horse.
If a race, ANY race, does not have two standouts that immediatelu are obvious a second peusing in necessary. After ten reviews of this one, NOTHING stood out, so I watched and enjoyed.
It was a last minute pic for myself....Glad i hit it ..Not too bad for a gut feeling....
love exotics-NEVER have pick the winner- up and down ex
Im excited..Just hit the 2$ exacta!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
tough race-nice place for fooling with some exotics-the odds will determine my plays
tough one-MM has faced really top horses all year-no work tho-is foot still sore?
I just took a look at him-loose on lead in last and it still takes its toll.but he is a 3yo,he may be that good.
I like Haynesfield ,but im going with Friend Of Foe to run big and take it....
I feel Haynesfield with his history of win -bounce-win-bounce- is a good bet.I'm not a genetecist but this is clearly a case of regression to the mean.
If he can't beat this weak field he's glue
Actually pace wise MM does figure but he will have to run away from the others up front to do it.
Who is Gene Kershner? I hope no relation to Don or Harry!!! This guy is going to throw out Musket Man from the Cigar Mile Say that he has had a long year and is tired. He's saying "off the board" I guess he is entitled to an opinion even if its a bad one!!!
