Last time Plum Pretty was at Churchill Downs racing 1 1/8 miles she won, and it won’t be any different in the Ladies’ Classic tonight at the 2011 Breeders’ Cup.

According to Horse Racing Nation, Plum Pretty was the overwhelming favorite on Monday’s morning line with 2:1 odds. As of now, Breederscupraces.net has her listed with 11:4 odds, which gives her a better payoff should she cross the line first.


On May 6, jockey Martin Garcia rode Plum Pretty to victory in Louisville, KY and the race was the exact same length as today’s Ladies’ Classic, giving Plum Pretty the distinct edge.
