Perfect Ten!

Zenyatta and Mike Smith coasted to a 1 3/4-length victory in Satuday's $150,000 Milady Handicap (G2) at Hollywood Park.  She stopped the timer at 1:42.30 for the 1 1/16th miles, with Life Is Sweet checking in second ahead of Allicansayis Wow in third.

But the bigger questions are: How good is Zenyatta as a 5-year-old and will she face Preakness champ Rachel Alexandra later in this campaign?  She's now a perfect 10-for-10 and obviously her handlers are protective of her record and reputation.  You have to wonder if she scratched on Derby Day because they were concerned about trying to run down One Caroline in a potentially paceless race.  Ironically enough, One Caroline couldn't win that race... and Zenyatta's connections will have a lot more to be concerned about than a paceless race...

Quite an exciting year ahead for the ladies division
I think Rachel Alexandra's speed beats Zenyatta if they match up... let's hope they do at some point...
