Oaklawn Park has canceled the balance of its Southwest Stakes card after running four races on the Monday program. Southwest has been rescheduled for Saturday, Feb. 20, the same day as the Risen Star and Fountain of Youth. "The track was starting to ice up," track announcer Terry Wallace said. (The ice) was balling up; it was flying back and hitting the jockeys. A couple had broken goggles.''
