Still a bummer to see Macho Again, Gitano Hernando and Rail Trip drop out of the BC Classic. Hopefully, it will still be a full field...
I feel bad for Macho Again's connections. I know they're looking out for the horse which should always come first, but he's show a lot of heart this year, winning the Stephen Foster and finishing 2nd in the Whitney and the Woodward. I know he was likely to be a real long shot, unproven on synthetic's, but it would have been nice to see him at least get his shot. Best wishes to Macho Again. He's a horse with heart, imo.
