Malibu Moon Filly Brings $390k

A Malibu Moon filly who worked a quarter mile in a bullet :21.3 on May 18, sold to Hall of Famer Bob Baffert for $390,000, to top the first session of the Fasig-Tipton Midlantic Sale of Two-Year-Olds in Training.


Bred by Bridlewood Farm and out of a daughter of Bridlewood’s foundation mare North of Eden (Ire), the bay filly caused early fireworks at the sale, as she was catalogued as Hip number 5 in the two-day venue.
