Louisiana Champions Day at Fair Grounds

A 12-race program will be run at the Fair Grounds on Saturday, and the Louisiana Champions Day card features eleven stakes races, including a trio of Quarter Horse events to kick off the festivities. There is an 80% chance of rain with highs in the upper 50’s.

The rain was even tougher. The card was washed out with the last four races still to go. Dooley announced that those stakes would be run next Saturday.
