It is appearing with each race that Rule
does not believe in doing unto others as he would have them do unto him. In fact, he treats others rather shabbily.
He either crushes them with a mighty blow, as he did in the Jean Lafitte last year, or he pretends to be vulnerable and then dashes any hopes of victory, as witnessed by his gutsy performances in the Boyd Gaming's Delta Jackpot (gr.
