Ken Dunn (President and General Manager of Gulfstream Park) – “I was more than satisfied. We had an absolutely fantastic racing card, with one of the largest crowds here in years. The final numbers certainly support the decision to move the race back one week, and given the results we’re optimistic that by Kentucky Derby time, the racing will support the decision as well.”

Final Florida Derby Day Figures:

Total Handle: $ 21,061,688 (+14%)

On-Track: $2,453.489 (+24.28%)

ITW: $1,181,073 (+5.85%)

ISW: $17,427,126 (+13.31%)

Attendance: 14,414 (+42%)
