A baseball cap saluting Kentucky Derby winner I’ll Have Another will be given away Preakness Stakes Day (Saturday, May 19) at Betfair Hollywood Park.

Post time will be 11 a.m. Track gates at Betfair Hollywood Park will open at 8 a.m. and the first simulcast race from Pimlico will be run at 8:30 a.m.

The 137th Preakness will be run between the eighth and ninth races at Betfair Hollywood Park. Scheduled post time for the middle jewel of the Triple Crown is 3:18 p.m. PDT.

The black cap, which features an insignia of the purple and white silks of J. Paul Reddam, the owner of I’ll Have Another and the sponsor of Betfair Hollywood Park’s CashCall Futurity, over the name of the Kentucky Derby winner, will be available one per paid admission while supplies last.

Betfair Hollywood Park will offer two graded stakes May 19 – the $150,000 Marjorie L. Everett Handicap – which was formerly known as the Milady - - and the $100,000 Railbird Stakes.

A Grade II at 1 1/16 miles over Cushion Track, the Everett is for older fillies and mares. The Railbird is a Grade III at seven furlongs for 3-year-old fillies.

Trained by Doug O’Neill and ridden by Mario Gutierrez, I’ll Have Another, who was stabled at Betfair Hollywood Park prior to his 15-1 surprise at Churchill Downs and broke his maiden here last July 3, will try to become the first horse to win both the Derby and Preakness since Big Brown in 2008.
