What the Nation is saying about Harrah's Impact on Thistledown...

Going thru the same thing in Texas, everyone around us has it , {the slots} waiting for someone to wake the hell up around here. It works for every state around us, not really understanding all the misunderstanding about how it works. Pretty simple i thought, it worked really well for Oklahoma.
Care about racing? Ummm... no, Harrah's doesn't give a s^&t about horse racing. Come to think about it, neither does Penn National, Mountaineer, Philly Park, Presque Isle, Peninsula (Evangeline) or anyone else. Racing will also soon take a backseat at Fair Grounds, Calder and even Gulfsteam - once the dopes running GP figure out how to make money from slots.
