The Horse Racing Radio Network (HRRN) announced Thursday it will broadcast live from Churchill Downs this Saturday to provide exclusive radio coverage of the Grade 1 Stephen Foster Handicap.  HRRN’s two hour broadcast will air from 4:00 – 6:00 ET and include bonus coverage of the Grade 3 Northern Dancer and Grade 3 Regret.  In addition, HRRN will air the Grade 2 Fleur De Lis, featuring Horse of the Year Rachel Alexandra, on taped delay during the show.

Mike Penna, Jude Feld, and Rolly Hoyt will anchor the HRRN coverage with interviews, analysis, and Churchill announcer Mark Johnson’s live call of each race.

Fans can tune-in on various HRRN affiliates, and listen worldwide with free live streaming provided on the HRRN website, www.horseracingradio.net.  A complete list of affiliates is available on the HRRN site.

In addition to the race coverage, HRRN will host its popular morning talk show, the Equine Forum, live from Churchill Downs on Saturday morning.  The Equine Forum airs from 8-10 a.m. ET and can be heard on WLXO 96.1 FM in Lexington, KY, and is streamed live at www.horseracingradio.net.
