Graham Motion Gets Summer Soiree

British-born trainer Graham Motion has acquired another top-classn prospect following the sale of Kentucky Oaks contender Summer Soiree to owners Team Valor.

Motion, aiming Breeders' Cup winner Pluck at the Poule d'Essai des Poulains, became Team Valor's only trainer when they transferred their entire string to him at the end of last term.

Summer Soiree earned her place in the $500,000 Kentucky Oaks on May 6 with a runaway victory for former trainer Larry Jones on Saturday in Grade 3 company at Turfway Park.
