E Dubai, sire of 2012 Breeders' Cup Classic-G1 winner Fort Larned and the leading active sire in the Mid-Atlantic region in 2013, has been moved from Northview PA to Northview Stallion Station in Chesapeake City, Md., for the 2014 season. He will stand for $5,000.

Northview Stallion StationA son of incomparable sire of sires Mr. Prospector, 15-year-old E Dubai is a proven international stallion, siring 33 stakes winners, including Italian champion Once More Dubai, Grade 2 Godolphin Mile winner Skysurfers and Breeders' Cup Turf Sprint hero Desert Code. His leading earner is the recently retired Fort Larned, who amassed $4,171,322 while winning 10 of 24 starts. In addition to his thrilling score in the Breeders' Cup Classic, Fort Larned recorded Grade 1 wins in the Whitney and Stephen Foster Handicaps and set a track record at Gulfstream Park in winning the Grade 3 Skip Away Stakes among his seven stakes victories.

E Dubai ranked among the top 10 stallions in the nation in 2012 with progeny earnings of nearly $8 million. This year, he leads all active stallions in the Mid-Atlantic region by number of winners (104) and progeny earnings (nearly $4.5 million). His additional 2013 stakes horses included graded performers Fordubai, My Gi GI and Pinard. From eight crops of racing age, he has progeny earnings of nearly $36 million, and average earnings per starter of $60,780.

Out of $683,828-earner Words of War, a daughter of champion Lord At War (Arg), E Dubai is a half-brother to Grade 1 winner No Matter What, dam of European champion 2-year-old filly and millionaire Rainbow View, and is from the family of English champion RAVEN'S PASS, winner of the 2008 Breeders' Cup Classic-G1 at Santa Anita.

A multiple graded stakes winner of $920,800 in 11 career starts, E Dubai captured the Dwyer Stakes-G2 at 3 and defeated champions Lido Palace (Chi) and Macho Uno in the Grade 2 Suburban Handicap at 4.

BuffumA million-dollar sales yearling, 5-year-old BUFFUM hails from the incredible speed family of champion sprinters Gold Beauty and Dayjur. His stud fee has been set at $3,500.

"Buffum was pure class. He had so much natural speed and is the fastest Bernardini I have ever trained," commented trainer Tom Albertrani.

Retired sound from racing, BUFFUM won Belmont Park's Bold Ruler Handicap-G3 going gate-to-wire while completing seven furlongs in 1:21.68. A winner in his debut at 2, a Belmont Park maiden special weight at one mile, he recorded three triple-digit Beyer figures during a career of four wins and a second in 11 starts, earning $261,550.

A member of one of racing's most dynamic families, BUFFUM is out of stakes-winning Storm Beauty, a Storm Cat half-sister to champion sprinter Gold Beauty and the dam of six sales yearlings sold for an average of more than $650,000. Purchased at Saratoga for $1.2 million by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, BUFFUM is a half-brother to multiple stakes winner and graded stakes-placed Stormy West and stakes-placed runners Value Stream and Renaissance Lady. Found under his second dam, stakes winner Stick to Beauty, is Hall of Famer Sky Beauty, Grade 1-winning millionaires Point of Entry, Tale of Ekati and Pleasant Home, Saratoga Grade 1 winners Maplejinsky and Pine Island, and dozens of other stakes winners.
