Del Mar Lover Richard's Kid Works

Richard’s Kid, the 2009 and 2010 TVG Pacific Classic winner, worked five furlongs in Thursday morning for trainer Doug O’Neill.

“He loves this track,” O’Neill said. “I had him going the last three-eighths in 35 (seconds) and change and galloping out another quarter in 25.”

Richard’s Kid won his back-to-back Classics for trainer Bob Baffert and two different owners. The now 8-year-old gelding missed the race in 2011 but returned last year, was sold and turned over to O’Neill shortly before the $1 million event and finished third in his first start for the new connections.

as long as he's healthy keep him going!
I love this horse. I wonder if shouldn't be retired one of these days though. Guess he'll let Mr. Miller know when it's time.
