Jockey Cliff Berry tied a North American riding record by winning with all seven of his mounts at Remington Park on Friday night. Russell Baze was the most recent rider to win seven races on a card without a loss at Bay Meadows on Aug. 18, 2006.


Just two other jockeys are known to have gone 7 for 7 on a card, Tim Moccasin in 2001 and Richard DePass in 1980. The record for most wins on a single card is nine, which Eddie Castro set with 11 mounts at Calder Race Course, in 2005. Chris Antley won nine races on a single day in 1987, riding at both Aqueduct and The Meadowlands.
