09 December 19: Lookin at Lucky (no. 1), ridden by Garrett Gomez and trained by Bob Baffert, wins the 29th running of the grade 1 CashCall Futurity Stakes for two year olds at Hollywood Park in Inglewood, California.
Trainer Bob Baffert said Lookin At Lucky's response to training will determine whether the colt will run in the Santa Anita Derby or wait a week for Arkansas Derby.

A determined winner of the Rebel Stakes (gr. II) at Oaklawn March 13, the 2009 juvenile champion is among the favorites for the May 1 Kentucky Derby Presented by Yum! Brands (gr. I). The son of Smart Strike--Private Feeling, by Belong to Me, is based at Santa Anita with Baffert.
