Another of the Maktoums' American-based trainers has suffered the
embarrassment of having one of his horses return a positive dope test. Former Godolphin assistant trainer Tom Albertrani will be banned for
30 days after Gozzip Girl - who is not owned by the Maktoum family -
returned a positive test following her third-placed effort as odds-on
favourite in the Grade 1 Queen Elizabeth II Stakes at Keeneland on
October 17.
