Kinda Spicy Possible for Alabama

Kinda Spicy, impressive maiden winner for Darley Stable, has been working steadily at Belmont since her 6 ¾-length debut victory on June 19, most recently turning in a five-furlong breeze in 1:02.97 on Wednesday.

“We’re probably looking at an allowance race at Saratoga,” said trainer Tom Albertrani. “The [TVG] Coaching Club would be awfully tempting, but not for her second start. If she were to run well next time, we’d have to look at the [TVG] Alabama, but it would be a big step up.”
