LEAD: The Kentucky Derby was rerun today at Pimlico Race Course under the name of the Preakness Stakes, and Alysheba beat Bet Twice again. Alysheba's half-length victory made the son of Alydar eligible to become thoroughbred racing's first Triple Crown winner since Affirmed in 1978.
