According to the Baltimore Sun, the American Civil Liberties Union plans to sue the Baltimore Police Department on behalf of a man who was "wrongfully detained" at Pimlico Race Course the day of the 2010 Preakness Stakes.  The man says police deleted videos from his cell phone camera after he recorded officers "roughing up" a female friend of his whom police say was drunk and resisting arrest following a scuffle at a betting window.
