This week's Kentucky Derby 2012 Future Odds from Lucky's Race & Sports Book offers bettors a few choice picks that were left in the mutuel field of the official Future Wager sponsored by Churchill Downs.
While Churchill's Future Wager presented only 23 individual betting interests, lumping "all others" into a Mutuel Field that got bet down to 3-2, Lucky's has over 100 contenders to choose from, many with good value at this stage in the Derby trail.
For example, Bob Baffert's highly-regarded Sky Kingdom is at 75-1 at Lucky's, and his Bodemeister is at 60-1. Russian Greek, who is set to run in the El Camino Real on Saturday, is at 100-1.
Some of the individual horses in Churchill's Future Wager are offered at better odds, like Union Rags - he is at 7-1 at Churchill, 11-1 at Lucky's.
