$176k Belmont Pick 6 Carryover on Wednesday

When racing resumes on Wednesday, Belmont Park will present a Pick 6 with a two-day carryover of $176,813.

 

The Pick 6 begins with race 5, which has a scheduled post time of 3:09 p.m. The sequence includes five turf races, and every race has at least eight betting interests (before scratches) in the body of the field, with three having 10 or more.

 

In addition to the Pick 6, bettors can also play the new Pick 5 wager, which has a 15 percent takeout and spans races 1-5. On Sunday, the Pick 5 returned $38,184.25 for a 50-cent wager. The Sunday Pick 5 handle was $224,724.

 

Those who wish to play the Pick 6 or Pick 5 can place their bets at Belmont or Aqueduct Racetrack, or through NYRA Rewards, which offers Internet, On-Track, Phone, and Mobile wagering.
