If you have ever dreamt of racing a famous horse from history and thought you may never get the chance, you will be happy to find your chance with Horse Racing Fantasy developed by Horse Racing Simulation LLC at www.horseracegame.com/. One of these famous horses from history is Silver Charm, and it was wonderful to get this opportunity. With a decent pedigree, his racing career had some definite highlights, and it was fun to get to race Silver Charm again. I would recommend you give it a try with your horse of choice.

this horse is so underrated. he lost the Triple Crown by a half length, won the Dubai World Cup, the Clark Handicap, many more stakes races, & was second in the Breeder's Cup Classic.

Once upon a time there was a lightly raced three-year-old trained by Bob Baffert who may have been just a little too keyed up early on for his own good. • CauseForConcern · Thanks for a great story. I remember that Captain Bodgit came right up to Silver Charm, but couldn't get past him. When asking David Hofmans about his chances with Touch Gold in the Belmont, he mentioned that he did not want to look Silver Charm in the eye, due to his stretch run in the Derby. When they came into the turn for home in the Belmont, Touch Gold was swung wide, so that there was no run-up beside Silver Charm. Maybe the only way he could beat him? · 496 days ago ·

  • LongLiveBigRed · Great piece, Angela. It brought me back to the spring and summer of 1973 when I wass a 20 year old college dropout, unemployed for much of the year, watching the big chestnut colt from Meadow Stable tear through his first races as a 3yo. Then the unthinkable: defeat at the Wood Memorial, to his stablemate AngleLight, and the SA derby champion, the great Sham. The rumors started swirling: what was wrong with Secretariat? Nothing, as it turned out. I think the Wood was to Big Red what the 1985 Bears' only loss in Miami was; a wakeup cal. The Bears ripped through the rest of the season, and so did Secretariat. Still one of the greatest years any athlete has ever had. And I was hooked on horse racing. · 694 days ago ·
