Older Comments about Za Approval...

Today 11/8/13 I was able to to go to Live Oak Stud, meeting the trainer yesterday, at his house on the property, he told me to come back at 8am today, I drove up to the training track, saw a Grey Horse in a paddock by himself, and sure enough it was Za Approval, got to feed him a peppermint, he arrived yesterday and will be turned out for about 3 months, last year I called up Adena Springs in Lexington, last May and got to meet Ghostzapper and his father Awesome Again, watched a whole bunch of Live Oak horses staring their initial training, and saw a Za Approval full Sister, wow how luck can one get
Za Approval just keeps improving. I just love watching him run! Breeders cup marks 4 straight triple beyer figures. My hat goes off to the champion - Wise Dan, bit Za Approval is starting to catch up!
  • Ruffianlover · Za approval is awesome. I really have grown to like him so much. Never gets any respect yet shows up every dance and runs nice seconds to wise Dan and obviously. Can't wait to see more from him as he looks to get better and better every race. Plus he is one beautiful specimen to watch run! · 930 days ago
NBC has it right about this horse- he deserves to be well respected. Besides the Canadian turf, he has finished first or second and only lost to phenomenal wise Dan and obviously. Think about where this horse would be if Dan wasn't in the picture. I love this beautiful son of Ghostzapper, and hope to see him next year as he is fun to watch!
On October 26, Za Approval breezed 4F in 48.83 (8/37) at Belmont Park
David Grening ‏@DRFGrening Owner Charlotte Weber just confirmed Za Approval, Knickerbocker winner, will run back in BC Mile.
Impressive run.... that #10 horse (Tentadram??? or something like that?) ran very well and was surprising to me. He might be one to reckon with if they put him in LS company.
Good looking win in the Knickerbocker.
Yes wise Dan looked great winning today but holy smokes this horse is one beautiful specimen! Absolutely gorgeous
  • AnneShaw · I had not seen him before so I searched Bloodhorse for pics. Of course his color is beautiful also I saw in the pics about the prettiest head I ever saw. · 982 days ago

  • Sully · 12 lbs just wasn't enough of a handicap, but it was pretty close. · 1019 days ago
I didn't know this horse until I saw the thread on the Shoemaker mile. I had no idea he was a son of Ghostzapper, or that his Damsire is With Approval!!. I LOVE With Approval!! I will follow this gelding from now on. I will pick him to win the Shoemaker Mile.....
He wins another turf stakes race.
Another first time Stakes winner!
