  • zatt · I would not discount him yet going longer, but my feeling is that shorter or middle distances will be his forte. I could seeing him winning plenty of races up to 9 furlongs, but as much as I like him, I honestly do not have him on my BC Classic radar right now. · 477 days ago ·

Yawanna Twist has been working solidly at Gulfstream park this winter, and his most recent work was a bullet 5 furlongs in 59 4/5. He should be ready to race very soon. I don't know what Dutrow plans to do with him. Allowance race or stakes, but I think he should race well this year.
I really liked this guy going intop the Gotham and I thought that he would be a competitor in the summer in the three year old stakes, but I havn't heard anything about him in a while. Anybody got a clue what the plan is for this promising colt?
