  • Serebyani · I sincerely HOPE Indian Tale isn't entered on Sunday in the Lake Placid!! If she is, this will be her FITH START IN 15 DAYS!!! In her last start "She wanted no part of competition, however, and merely jogged ‘round the track in the fifth, finishing last." per a BH article. I would think she's hopelessly outclassed at a G2 level! To have her possibly "jog" around the track in a G2 would be, IMO, highly embarassing to Sataroga!! · 974 days ago ·

  • BigAConfidential · Brian, I haven't had a chance to stop by and commend you on the work you've done this season. Great stuff. I too am looking forward to the Susan. Despite her flop at Tampa, I cannot seem to shake the brilliance of Royal Delta's maiden score at Belmont. Like her chances on Friday. · 1068 days ago ·

I had a plan this past week when I was preparing to take off for my trip to Ireland. I had my laptop, flashdrive and saved files all relative to the Black-Eyed Susan Stakes (gr.2) set to go. • BigAConfidential · Welcome back, Brian! I must hear about your trip to the Emerald Isle at some point. You and I have both liked Royal Delta for some time. She got a dream setup Friday, yes. But she still capitalized very nicely. Interested to watch the rest of her campaign play out. · 1061 days ago ·

The Oaks/Derby Double was not one of the tickets I could cash two weeks ago, as St. John's River came a stride too late for a huge double with Animal Kingdom to payoff. A short but contentious field will vie for the honor of winning the Black Eyed Susan. None of the fillies have tried the 1 1/8 mile distance, but most should handle it. Rain is in the forecast and the track may be muddy.Read More

  • LDP19 · Kath does not impress me on dirt/syns as much as she does turf. Though most versitile turf runners, ie. Einstein tend to transfer well to CD dirt couse well. I have no idea what happened to Dreams. Maybe she is a CD lover??? I know she won at Keenleland, but that was a maiden and not a grade one. If she goes to the Oaks she'll be, IMO a bit of a wild card. Will she return to her dominating form that she showed over that track or will she not be able to step up again. R Heat has a big performance over the track, only Awesome Feather -unbeaten in 6- wore her down. She can lead or close -Spinaway.- and she has been the most dominant up to this point. Joyful Victory has Larry Jones which scares me because that man can tain like no other. Hard Spun and Proud Spell are proof of that. · 1104 days ago ·

  • zatt · Thanks for bringing attention to the ridiculous current rating of Inglorious (and Joyful Victory as well.) They both deserve to be up near the top as you have them.
