Older Comments about War Front...

something tells me this guy's stud fee is going to go down.

  • Sullivan · His has always fluctuated. At least he started small... Adena ruined Ghostzapper's potential with such a starting fee · 474 days ago
  • Northport · I agree. Adena's prices looking back have always been on the higher side, even for stallions who weren't particularly worth it. The past two years or so though they have been better at providing a bit more of a value. Freshman fees like those of Ghostzapper, Point Given, Fusaichi Pegasus, and Smarty Jones all in retrospect make me facepalm just a bit. At least Ghostzapper has been able to swing back from it a bit and has some pretty good runners these past couple of years · 474 days ago
Zamazement !!! OR ..... Zblessing !!! Your new baby is beautiful . Thank you for adding these wonderful horses to history . I hope you keep each one of them . Zenyatta is outstanding and I am sure her foals will be appreciated as much. Baby girl could be another Zenyatta ! It is all so wonderful !

  • Mary Z. · That's okay, amino. I go over to nfl.com and post race horse biographies in the comment sections.(p.s., sarcasm) · 732 days ago
  • rafirox · He's one of my favorite stallions, as many people know, and I did predict he'd be the next big sire when the season started. I'm still a tad surprised at this price tag. Might be a little overboard, but that won't stop the big names with big $$$ from sending him quality mares. · 732 days ago

Two winners today at Royal Ascot: Declaration of War and War Command (in a commanding romp). No wonder Zenyatta was sent to him. This is no "mediocre sire" by any means.
Zenyatta has been confirmed 37 days in foal to War Front!!
I don't give a crap about conformation when a horse has EYES like these: http://www.flickr.com/photos/hoosiershadow/8001844226/in/set-72157631545464250/

  • rafirox · Maybe re-read the post, dressage? I do care about conformation. Actually read it. · 955 days ago
  • Dressage3295 · Umm...I did read? I would trade amazing eyes for perfect confirmation any day · 955 days ago
